Learning about your situation, issues, needs, wants, goals. Collaborating on a counselling plan that works towards your counselling goals, incorporating methods and techniques built for you.

03 — Review
Reviews will happen to ensure we are still working towards the goal you want. This goal may change throughout the session. This is a time to decide if the plan is working or if it needs to be adapted.
04 — Success
You have successfully reached your goal and are feeling confident and empowered to take on these issues and challenges. You may want to start a new goal at this point so the process will start at the beginning or you maybe ready to take on the world with this new life you have created, you have taken action and achieved success, be proud of the work you have done !
